Asua-Erletxe, 8-1ªPlanta, 48950 Asúa-Erandio Vizcaya, Spain VAT No. ESB95093696 and registered in the Bilbao Mercantile Registry Volume 3908, Folio 48 Sheet BI-27923 Inscription 1ª, is a wholesaler and importer of computer products, networks, wiring and accessories.

IBERTRONICS is the owner of the site wwww.ibertronics.com that provides information on its products and their acquisition. People who want to benefit from our services must have the status of client, which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the steps that IBERTRONICS subsequently communicates via email.

IBERTRONICS informs its clients and users that it is directed exclusively to a public over 16 years of age and that the territory in which it accepts and distributes orders is the one comprised by the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to customs management expenses and taxes assumed by the buyer. IBERTRONICS does not ship orders abroad.

These conditions govern the sale to customers of any of the products that appear on our website.

Product Information
The descriptions of the products are made based on the information provided by the respective manufacturers (photographs, videos, technical sheets, etc.) which reserve the right to change without prior notice.

Orders
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, e-mail and in our online store www.ibertronics.com where only identified customers can place orders.

Prices
All the prices of the products that are indicated through the website do not include VAT or shipping costs. They are detailed separately and must be accepted by the customer once the order has been confirmed. Likewise, offers are valid for 15 days and prices are subject to €/$ parity. IBERTRONICS can modify the prices without prior notice, maintaining the previous prices only in confirmed orders.
   
Availability and delivery time
IBERTRONICS will inform at all times of the availability of the product, giving a delivery time for products that are not in stock.

Formalization of orders
Once the order has been formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Sale and the confirmation of the purchase process, IBERTRONICS will always send an email to the customer confirming the details of the purchase made.

Way to pay
The ticket or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be available and can be viewed at www.ibertronics.com in the "My account -> My orders" section. The product will only be shipped or delivered once payment has been made. The means of payment accepted will be: Credit or debit card, cash or bank transfer. Payment in cash and card is only possible as long as the order is picked up at our facilities. The deferred payment for companies will be by direct debit or transfer, prior approval of the Financial Management of IBERTRONICS both this form of credit payment and the term.

Cancel an order.
IBERTRONICS will accept order cancellations when they are requested before the order is shipped. To make the cancellation you must request it through the contact form or by sending an e-mail.

Delivery term.
Delivery times once the order is confirmed will be from 24 to 48 hours nationwide, these times are an estimate as they may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. Any order that has been placed before 5:30 pm and whose availability has been confirmed, will be delivered within 12 hours for neighboring provinces.

Return
The user can exercise their right of withdrawal and return any product following the current regulations on distance selling. To do this, fill out the form at www.ibertronics.com/Servicio_Tecnico/Commercial Return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to articles supplied especially for the client, according to the client's specifications or to measure. The maximum period for the commercial return of a product is 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

Any commercial return of material after this period or beyond the responsibility of IBERTRONICS, will entail a 10% surcharge.

Once the material has been received, the IBERTRONICS Technical Department will verify its status and its final processing or not depending on its status.

The material must be sent with the original packaging and accessories, it must not have been handled incorrectly, the identification labels and serial number must be legible and show no signs of tampering.

IBERTRONICS reserves the right to charge a minimum of €20 for handling and verification by the technical service.
 
The material must be sent postage paid to the address of the IBERTRONICS offices in Erandio, Ctra. Asua-Erletxe, 8-1ªPlanta, 48950-Asua-Erandio (Vizcaya), Spain
 
IBERTRONICS is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to property not related to the product, loss of profit or loss of profit, damage arising from or come from a deterioration, or loss of data recorded by the user.

Product warranties.
IBERTRONICS, due to its condition as INTERMEDIARY, covers the guarantee of the product delivered to the client and that will be limited to that extended by the manufacturer. The guarantee begins on the invoice date of IBERTRONICS.
 
IBERTRONICS offers a 2-year guarantee on all the products it sells. This guarantee only covers the physical imperfections of the material support. The intervention of IBERTRONICS is limited solely to the simple change of defective parts, as long as the manufacturer's warranty provides for such a measure.
 
The guarantee will apply if the product delivered to the customer is used under normal operating conditions, such as those described in the catalogues, in the instructions and in the manuals made available to the user. In no case is it guaranteed that the product supplied is suitable to respond to a particular problem of the user.
 
IBERTRONICS guarantees that the products it sells are free from defects. When the cause of the damage or breakdown is wear due to operation, incorrect use, non-application of the instructions in the catalog or manual, as well as accidents, mistreatment, blows, breakages, accidents or breakdowns caused by causes not attributable to manufacturing or general operating conditions, the warranty will not apply to you.

Applicable law.
These Conditions are governed by the applicable Spanish legislation on the matter. To resolve any dispute or conflict arising from these Conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Bilbao, unless the law imposes another jurisdiction.
